Directions and Parking

Hale House is in Boston's Back Bay at the Northeast corner of Marlborough & Clarendon. On the Orange Line, get off at Back Bay station; exit the station from the "back," for Clarendon Street (the doors farthest from the ticket booths); walk north on Clarendon towards the Charles River; Hale House is on the right. On the Green Line(all trains), get off at the Copley Square station; walk one block east on Boylston Street and then turn left onto Clarendon walking north, towards the Charles River. Hale House will be on your right.

Exit the Massachusetts Turnpike inbound at Copley Square (Stuart), turn first left onto Dartmouth (five blocks), turn right onto Marlborough to Clarendon.

Exit Storrow Drive inbound at Copley Square (Clarendon). Hale House will be on the corner of Marlborough and Clarendon Streets.
There are seven paid parking facilities within a half-mile of Hale House. For on-street parking, vehicles with Back Bay neighborhood residential permits may park on either Marlborough or Beacon Streets. Otherwise, meters are available at a cost of $0.25 per quarter hour (two hour maximum).
