BUDGET MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR SENIORS
For low-income seniors who need basic support budgeting monthly financial obligations.
Our volunteers work with low-income elders to create a budget and help them to pay their monthly bills. We thoroughly interview all of our volunteers and conduct a criminal background check. While working with an elder client, our volunteers are fully insured by AARP.
*Must meet certain income guidelines*

BILL PAYER PROGRAM
An organizational representative payee service for low-income disabled and elderly people who have difficulty managing their Social Security income.
Hale Barnard is authorized by the Social Security Administration to provide bill payer services. We pay our clients rent, utility bills, and send them personal expense money based on an agreed upon budget.
*Staff of the Bill Payer Program meet with clients at Boston Medical Center on Wednesday ONLY by appointment*
